Becoming a Wholesale partner is easy, follow these three steps:

Step 1 (New Registration)

  1. Select the My Account menu option above.
  2. Below the New Customer heading select the Continue button.
  3. Enter your email address and enter a password with a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number. Select Continue.
  4. Complete in full the Shipping and Billing forms.

Step 2 (Submit required documentation)

  1. Send an email to the following address: WholesaleRegistration@jazminesallure.com requesting access to the wholesale section of the Jazmine's Allure website. Please review our purchase policy before submitting a request.
  2. Click here for our Terms and Conditions. *Please Note: Completing the wholesale account setup process is confirmation of your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. This information will be captured again during your first online transaction.
  3. Email a copy of your Tax ID form, Reseller Certificate, and Tax exempt form (if applicable). 
  4. If you wish to place orders over the phone with a credit card, please submit a completed Credit Authorization form; otherwise use our online shopping cart.
  5. Click here to Download the Credit Authorization Form.
  6. Email forms to: WholesaleRegistration@jazminesallure.com, or fax the forms to: (313) 887-4261.

Step 3 (Verification)

Once we verify the submitted information, you will receive an email indicating our final determination.

If approved, you will be granted access to the Wholesale section of our site.
